The Apprenticeship program offers the unique opportunity of learning to teach the craft of musical theater as well as learning to perform. Work-study offers the chance for participants to get paid to work in the theater all summer long! ArtsWest pays Washington State minimum wage or higher to all assistant teachers and artistic staff. Apprenticeship students can work as assistant teachers and artistic staff for the Musical Theater Adventures Camp and Theater Conservatory to earn money for the summer – a much better job that at a fast food restaurant!
